According to different design requirements and printing quantity, the material selection of embossing template will be different. The template materials are different, and there are also significant differences in production cost, process effect and printing quantity.
In the production of embossing, in addition to selecting the right printing, the right paper is also crucial for making a good embossing effect. The thickness of the paper and the surface texture will affect the performance of details. For example, the printing effect of paper containing 25% cotton and 100% cotton is obviously different.
3： Process characteristics
There is no printed pattern in and around the embossing area. The requirements for paper depend on the specific design graphics, but the paper with light color, long fiber and high toughness is more suitable for the plain embossing process.
Leave a blank area when printing, and then bump it after printing. The template production requires strict alignment requirements. Since the bump will cause slight bulge at the joint, the template should be slightly smaller than the graphic design figure.
