1. resolution
According to different uses, the resolution of the picture is also different. Generally divided into screen display and print output. For on-screen images, the resolution is usually 72dpi or 96dpi. For packaging and printing output, a high resolution of 300dpi is required.
2. bleeding
The bleeding position is the cutting position. Generally, there is a 2mm error in cutting the finished product. The normal tolerance range of 3mm is the most safe. Therefore, the design needs to widen the edge by 3mm, and the extra part will be cut off.
3. font
There is no absolute requirement for print size. Because the same font size and different font display size will be different, different materials for each font printing effect is also different. Generally for rubber plate printing, 6pt is the minimum font size for normal reading. For the color of the font, try to use single or spot colors. Single-black (C0, M0, Y0, K100) fonts are the most common and practical.
4. Color Presentation
The color mode of packaging printing needs to choose CMYK. Spot color or CMYK4 color should be analyzed according to the characteristics of printed matter and customer requirements.
