When using powder spraying, the snowflake phenomenon may occur, which could be caused by the following reasons.
1. Improper pretreatment before powder spraying
Some powder coating products need to undergo some simple treatments before use. If printing enterprises neglect this step, it may cause some solidified powder coating blocky particles to clog the powder coating head, resulting in excessive local particles and thus causing the snowflake phenomenon.

2. The powder coating model does not match the printed matter
If the selected powder coating type does not match the characteristics of the printed matter, it will cause the powder coating amount on the printed matter to be too large or too small, resulting in snowflakes or smudging.
3. The powder spray head is dirty or damaged
If the powder injector on the printing press is not cleaned thoroughly or is damaged, it can also cause the powder injection amount on the printed matter to be either too large or too small in some areas.

4. Using inferior powder spraying products
If a printing factory uses inferior powder coating products for UV printing, such as those with uneven particle size and poor fluidity, it is also easy to cause snowflake phenomena during printing.
